Data handling policy
Version private-beta-2026-06UltimateTV stores the data needed to run customer accounts, subscriptions, line provisioning, support, affiliate attribution, payment lifecycle tracking, and compliance records.
Information collected
We collect account email, display name, authentication metadata, subscription status, plan selection, consent records, support tickets, affiliate referral codes, payout references, invoice records, payment event references, and operational audit events.
Payment and secrets
The platform stores payment provider references, webhook event IDs, invoice status, and secret-store references. It does not intentionally store plaintext payment provider secrets, TuliProx passwords, wallet seed phrases, or full payment credentials in application tables.
Operational telemetry
Operators may review logs, audit records, line runtime status, active connection counts, provisioning actions, support history, and rate-limit signals to protect the platform and resolve service issues.
Sharing and processors
Information may be processed by hosting, database, payment, monitoring, edge proxy, support, and provisioning providers required to operate the service. Affiliate payout details are referenced through secret or operator-controlled records rather than displayed broadly in the portal.
Retention and requests
Audit, billing, consent, and support records are retained as needed for operations, compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and tax/accounting review. Customers can contact support to request correction, export, or deletion review where legally and operationally allowed.
