Terms of Service
Private beta terms for UltimateTV customer accounts, subscriptions, payments, support, and IPTV access provisioning.
Private beta service terms
Version private-beta-2026-06UltimateTV provides a customer portal, billing ledger, affiliate attribution, and provisioning control layer for IPTV access. During private beta, access is limited to test or approved content sources and may change while the platform is validated.
Account responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and use playlist credentials only for their own authorized household or plan limits. Sharing, resale, credential publication, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass connection limits can result in suspension.
Content and availability
Public test feeds and licensed production feeds are separate operating modes. Commercial production content is not enabled until licensing, business, tax, compliance, and provider approvals are complete. Channels, EPG data, device compatibility, and upstream availability can change without notice.
Billing and provisioning
Subscriptions are provisioned only after a verified payment event or operator-approved manual activation. Failed, expired, underpaid, disputed, or refunded payments can move subscriptions into pending, past due, suspended, expired, or cancelled states.
Acceptable use
Customers may not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the platform, TuliProx enforcement, payment callbacks, or any upstream source. Operators may throttle, disable, kick active sessions, or suspend accounts to protect the service.
Support and changes
Support requests should be submitted through the customer portal. UltimateTV may update these terms before commercial launch; continued use after notice or acceptance of an updated version records consent to the new version.
